Terms & Conditions

Participants must be 21 years old for classes, participants must be legally able to own and purchase firearms to be in class or use firearms and ammunition. 

 

Cancellations with refunds are accepted 5 days prior to the date of the class, rescheduling is accepted 2 days prior to the date of the class. Cancellations submitted less than 5 days prior to the class will not be refunded. Rescheduling less than 2 days prior to the class will be subjected to a 75 dollar rescheduling fee. No shows will not be refunded.

 

In the event of extreme weather, range closure, or emergency, classes will be rescheduled or refunded at no cost.

 

Any unsafe or extremely disruptive behavior on or off the range will lead to an immediate class cancellation with no refund.

All Range rules and regulations must be followed at all times. Students are to listen to all instructors or RSOs overseeing the class or facility. 

 

Waivers must be signed for both the host range and Basilisk firearms training. Failure to do so will result in class cancellation without refund. 

 

Payment must be submitted within 24 hours of class scheduling.

 

Personal firearms must be checked with the instructor at the beginning of class.

 

Basilisk Firearms Training reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
